Questions & answers

Common questions about live trays, packaged greens, ordering, and how we grow.

What if I'm not ready to receive my live tray on the initial delivery date?

We can hold and continue to care for your live trays in our facilities until your desired delivery date. This ensures you receive a product that is at the peak of its freshness whenever you are ready for it.

Why do some live trays have a range for their "Approximate Time" to grow?

The grow time can vary slightly due to the unique characteristics of each seed. Different germination rates and seed sizes mean each variety grows at its own pace to reach perfect maturity and flavor.

What is the main benefit of ordering a live tray over a pre-cut package?

The primary benefit is unparalleled freshness. Live trays allow you to harvest your microgreens right before use, ensuring they are at their nutritional and flavorful best. This on-demand harvesting also gives them a much longer shelf life, significantly reducing waste.

How long do your packaged microgreens stay fresh?

Because our greens are locally grown and delivered soon after harvest, they have a significantly longer shelf life than products from distant suppliers. When properly stored, they will stay fresh and vibrant for over a week.

How can I use your microgreens?

Our microgreens are incredibly versatile! They can be used to elevate any dish, from salads and sandwiches to soups, smoothies, and as beautiful garnishes for main courses.

Do I need to wash the microgreens before I use them?

We use a food-safe, plant-based wash to clean our microgreens before they are packaged. While we take great care in our process, we always recommend giving them a quick rinse before use.

How will my order be delivered?

We use a dual-delivery approach to ensure a reliable and fresh experience. Depending on your location and order size, your microgreens will be delivered by either one of our dedicated employees or a trusted third-party delivery company.

How can I place an order?

We make ordering easy through our direct B2B model. We work with you to set up a convenient, recurring order schedule that meets your needs, ensuring a consistent supply of our fresh products.

Are your products sustainable?

Our local, indoor-based cultivation model is inherently sustainable. We follow all organic growing practices, use minimal water, and reduce our carbon footprint by delivering directly to you, cutting out the need for long-distance shipping.
